About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. As an Infant-Toddler Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, guide early development, and build meaningful connections with both children and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead developmentally-appropriate, hands-on activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
Requirements:
- Oregon Criminal Background Check
- Infant/Child/Adult First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Oregon Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a group childcare setting (3–6 years old)
- Three references who can speak to your reliability and work ethic (at least one from a previous employer)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
